Prove the guides to observe their correct fit and the positioning of the brackets and tubes to perform the acid conditioning in the correct place.

Sanitation

Hygienization of the custom brackets bases with cotton swab and 70% alcohol after testing the guides, dry well to evaporate the alcohol.

Application

Apply a thin layer of bond and a small drop of flow resin (fluid resin Opallis from FGM company) to the customized bases of the brackets, in the cervical region of the base of the bracket.

Conditioning

Chemical conditioning of dental arches can be performed in 2 different ways:

A - Conditioning the enamel with 37% phosphoric acid for 15 seconds on the buccal surface or 30 seconds on the lingual or palatal surface + application of prime bond (polymerize).

B - Enamel conditioning in a single step with 3M self-etching SEP (only dry).

Placing

Placement of the guide in the desired dental arch loaded with flow resin and polymerize between 10s - 15s each tooth, using a photopolymerizer with a minimum power of 1,200 mW / cm².

Removal

Remove the flexible guide with the help of a fine-tipped instrument.
